Recommended Site: Learning Movable Type

March 9, 2006 1:08 PM Posted by mac

A variety of other projects have kept me from posting over the last few months, but I need to stick my head above water to give a big-time shout out to an indispensable site that consistently helps me through the murky waters of Movable Type.

I use Movable Type on almost all of my sites (it's a fantastic system that goes way beyond mere blogging) and as I continue to learn more tweaks and tips, I rely upon Elise Bauer's Learning Movable Type site.

If you're using MT for anything -- even simple blogging -- you can learn copious amounts from Elise's site. It has clear, step-by-step tutorials and links to supporting sites and information. Any exploration into the inner workings of MT should begin with this fantastic resource hub.

And just in case you're wondering -- I have no affiliation with Elise nor have we ever conversed. I just think credit should be paid to folks who go out of their way to help the rest of us, so Elise, I thank you! -- Mac Slocum
